This company was founded in 2020, at which time we found lots of bananas, sweet potatoes such as cassava, potatoes, jack fruits, pineapples, zalaccas, and all of which were very abundant indigenous plantation products. That’s where the idea was formed that initially bananas could only be enjoyed when the fruit was ripe, but how could bananas also be enjoyed without waiting for the bananas to ripen? So the idea was formed to process unripe bananas that could also be enjoyed by processing, namely by making chips, including banana chips, potato chips and the like.
We are here with the aim of bringing processed local food by combining the taste of processed international food. We also encourage local communities to improve their economic level by utilizing their agricultural products without destroying natural resources. Pineapple Chips
Pineapple is a type of plant that is useful and rich in vitamin C,
which helps preventing flu and can increase the body's metabolism
and body's energy burning. Apart from increasing the body's immunity,
pineapple is also useful for improving healthy diet and preventing cancer.
Because of the pineapple benefits, we process it into chips.
Beside being good for health, people also like it as tasty snack.
In processing these pineapple chips, we use special vacuum frying
machine to ensure the authenticity of the taste and cleanliness of the
product so that it is safe for consumption by all groups.
The product can last for longer time because of the hygienic
process and the packaging , which uses tightly pressed aluminium foil
to avoid wind leaks. That way, the chips can last for more than 1 year.
Jackfruit Chips
Ripe Jackfruit is a fruit that has very sweet flesh and has a distinctive fragrant smell . Apart from jackfruit being very delicious to eat, jackfruit also has many health benefits, such as reducing heart disease,
preventing anemia, anti-cancer, and it contains lots of potassium,
vitamin C and anti–oxidants.
Jack fruit grows a lot in the local farmer fields. We see this as good
opportunity to make healthy snack made of it. As the manufacturer,
we are interested in processing the fruit into delicious and healthy snacks
that will be liked by many people whether adults or children.
During the making process, we also maintain the quality seriously.
Therefore, we use special equipment, namely a vacuum frying machine,
so that the cleanlines and authenticity of the fruit taste is guaranteed.
That way, there is no need to use additional ingredients such as flavor
enhancers and so on, resulting, safe and healthy chips to consume.
Zallacca Chips
Zalacca is a tropical fruit that is rich in benefits.This fruit contains nutrients
such as protein, fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B2, calcium, potassium, iron, and
many more. People sometimes call it as snake fruit because its skin is
like snake scales. To take advantage of its abundance stock,
one way is to process snake fruit into ready-to-eat snacks such as chips.
In the process, we use selected fresh fruit raw materials that are ripe enough
